Late Bump Out Fee

If your event; whether that is residential, venue or other, requires the hired items to be collected at 9:00pm and later, please make sure you add the late bump out fee to your order. This is required for any event location and date that requires a bump out time from 9:00pm or later.

If your event is finishing before 9pm, please do not add this fee. 

If you're not wanting the pay the additional fee, please contact your venue or event location to confirm that next day collection is possible prior to placing a booking with us.

 

Please Note: If it is not added to an order that it is required for, the White Luxe Hire Team will send through an updated invoice for payment. This is a required additional fee if your event fits the criteria mentioned above.
