Bond Fee

A bond fee is only required for all customer collection & returns from our factory in Carrum Downs.

The neon sign collection has a bond already attached; if you’re opting for customer collection & return, therefore this fee is not required to be added to your order. 

 
The bond fee covers any damages caused to the hired product & if the product has not been cleaned prior to return. 

This fee is NOT required if you require our team to delivery & collect the hire items. 

The bond fee does not contribute to the minimum spend for customer collection and return. 

When the items have been returned in the original condition, the refund of the bond amount will be processed. Please allow 48-72 hours for it to reach your account. 

Please Note: If it is not added to an order that it is required for, the White Luxe Hire Team will send through an updated invoice for payment. This is a required additional fee if your event fits the criteria mentioned above.
